Grape varieties: Arinto

Alcohol: 12.50% vol

Vinification: First fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 13oC for 3 weeks. Second fermentation in bottle at a controlled temperature of 14oC for 4 weeks. Nine months of aging until disgorgement in January 2023.

Tasting Notes: Elegant and fine bubbles. Aromas of citrus, apple and brioche. Creamy and elegant mouthfeel. Very rich and persistent finish.
