Tasting Notes: Made from a selection of the best Alvarinho grapes, this wine has a fresh and fruity aroma, with notes of passion fruit and white flowers. On the palate, it is elegant and harmonious. It pairs well with all types of fish, seafood, and salads.
Vinification: Total de-stemming followed by crushing and pressing. Fermentation is carried out with temperature control between 12ºC and 14ºC.
Viticulture: Density of 3,000 vines/ha. Granite and clay dominant soils.
