Grapes: Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon
Region: Tejo

Winemaking: Manual harvesting, fully de-stemmed grapes, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 26°C and 28°C, followed by a post-fermentation maceration of 3 days. Pressing in a vertical press.

Aging: Partially aged in used French oak, the rest in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes:

  • Color: Dark ruby
  • Aroma: Intense with berries, ripe red fruits, and violet.
  • Palate: Complex with fruit, structured, good tannins, powerful.
  • Finish: Very long and persistent.

Food Pairing: Pairs well with roasted meats
