Alcohol: 12%
Grapes: Jaen and Tinta Roriz
Region: Dão

Winemaking:
The grapes are gently crushed with partial destemming, followed by pressing in an automatic press. The must was clarified by gravity and decantation; fermentation took place at a temperature of 16-18ºC. After fermentation, the wine was stored in stainless steel tanks, filled with inert gas to preserve its aromas.

Aging:
The preparation for bottling included light fining, tartaric stabilization through cold treatment, and light filtration. After bottling in early January 2019, the wine aged in bottles for about two months before being released for sale. This wine is ready to drink now but has good aging potential for 3 to 5 years.

Tasting notes:
A very light rose color, perfectly clear, with an intense bouquet of cherry and blackcurrant notes. In the mouth, it is fresh and well-structured.

Food pairings:
Best served at 10ºC. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with seafood, fish dishes, and white meat dishes.
