Vinification: The grapes are destemmed and passed through a sorting table for optimal berry selection. The grapes are then crushed before being transported to the marble lagares, where they are crushed for 4 to 5 days, passing into a stainless steel vat to complete the alcoholic fermentation.
Ageing: 12 months in American and French oak barrels
Nose: Excellent aromatic concentration.
Tasting notes: Intensely fruity, berry, blackcurrant and jam aromas. Soft tannins. Good balance between fruit, acidity and tannin.
Food pairing: Ideal red meat, roast beef and grilled meat.
