Tasting notes: Intense ruby color, its aroma reserves great complexity, with spices, vegetal notes and hidden ripe fruit. On the palate, the fruit is present and expressive, with wild berries. Good volume on the palate, with serious, ripe, textured tannins and freshness that balance the whole well. Very long, persistent finish.
Food pairing: Complex dishes, red meats and game, roast kid.
