Winemaking: Complete destemming, gentle and prolonged maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC.
Aging: Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, with 70% new barrels and 30% second-use barrels, followed by 18 months of bottle aging.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of ripe fruits, light spices, leather, and well-integrated vanilla. Crystal-clear appearance. Garnet color with slight brown hues. Fruity and elegant flavor with jammy notes and well-defined tannins. Well-integrated wood, showcasing the quality of the barrels.

Food Pairing: Excellent with chanfana (a traditional Portuguese dish) and mature meat dishes. Pairs very well with hard cheeses and aged cheeses.
